Representing the Trallwn Ward

Bio

I have lived and worked in Pontypridd for over thirty years. After a long teaching career, I retired in 2017 and was proud to be elected onto Pontypridd Town Council for the Trallwng Ward in the same year. During my year as Mayor of Pontypridd in 2018-2019, I was proud to represent the Town Council and raise money for my chosen charity, The Stroke Association. In addition to serving as a Town Councillor, I am Vice-Chair of Governors at Coedpenmaen Primary School and Vice-Chair of Governors at Trallwn Infant School, an active member of The Common Neighbourhood Watch and a member of the Pontypridd Canal Conservation Group.
