Pontypridd Town Council’s Mayor Councillor Lyndon Bengough joined the  Town Clerk, Tony Graham, in signing the book of condolence for Her Majesty the Queen.

Members of the public can sign the book all this week between 10am-4pm at Pontypridd Museum. We have also set up our Platinum Jubilee exhibition for those who attend along with some seats if you wish to have a few moments of quiet contemplation.

Every three years, the Town Council is required, under Section 6 of the Environment (Wales) Act 2016, to report on the actions we’re taking to promote and protect biodiversity in our area. We are delighted to share our latest Biodiversity and Resilience of Ecosystems Report, outlining the projects and initiatives we’ve undertaken to enhance local habitats and support wildlife across Pontypridd. We hope you enjoy reading the report and discovering more about the wonderful green spaces we care for in and around our town.
