This post is part time (20 hours per week), fixed term until 31 March 2025 (with possibility of extension, subject to funding)
Salary: £24,054 pro rata (SCP 11)

Pontypridd Town Council is on a mission to help change lives and build healthy resilient communities in Pontypridd.

The role’s primary focus is to develop PTC community assets into thriving community hubs, where a variety of individuals and user groups can volunteer, take part in an activity or event, learn new skills, and improve their well-being. Connecting activities and people together whilst working towards PTC’S vision:

“To improve the lives, health, and well-being of everyone who lives and works in Pontypridd”

The post holder will maintain existing relationships and further establish effective long-term partnerships. They will develop activities to attract and involve new groups, including those from disadvantaged and vulnerable backgrounds, to increase their engagement and well-being.
