Tymor yr Haf - Summer Season Programme of Events

JULY & AUGUST IN PONTYPRIDD


All events are free to attend, but tickets are needed to gain entry to some activities.


Family Craft Activities
- every Wednesday between 12pm - 3pm from July 24th through until August 28th at Pontypridd Museum. No booking necessary. 


Funtastic Fridays & pop-up Planetarium
- Enjoy the wonders of the night sky with astronomers from Dark Sky Wales.

July 26th, August 23rd and August 30th at Pontypridd Museum. Book tickets HERE


Summer at Meadow Street Community Garden
- come along and explore the grounds, chat with our team and find out about getting involved. Every Wednesday from 3pm - 7pm, Thursday from 12pm - 7pm and Sunday from 10am - 3pm. 


Pontypridd Museum National Eisteddfod Exhibition
- celebrating the town’s distinct links with the festival. The exhibition includes special loans from Amgueddfa Cymru and Brynmawr Museum as well as objects from Pontypridd Museum’s reserve collection, not seen in many years. August 1st - September 21st. 


National Eisteddfod Genedlaethol - August 3rd - 10th.
